1913 EP Stibbe N° 42 "5c. green-yellow on buff" written in Kasindi on 4/8/13 and entrusted to the Ugandan post office, cancellation "5-SE-13" apposition of the griff "T" in a circle, transited via Mombasa 14-SE-13 and taxed at "10c." on arrival in Liège on 4 October 1913, vf
