1911, postal stationery Stibbe #22L7, 10c brown + 10c green on pink-lilac with local overprint "CONGO BELGE" type L7, sent from Lusambo July 12, 1911 to Heyst-aan-Zee in Belgium where it arrived August 22, 1911, via Leopoldville (Jul. 25), the card was out of use since January 1, 1911, not taxed, reply part is attached with hinges, very scarce, with Lindekens certificate
