1940, World War II, France, postal stationery worth '80c' with additional postage worth '70c', sent on 8/7/1940 from Alba by a Belgian to the information centre for Belgian refugees in Paris, cancelled by the Belgian Red Cross, forwarded to Liège/Belgium where it arrived on 9/8/1940 with arrival postmark from the Red Cross in Liège (on the back), very nice and rare, vf/f
