1939 N° 286, with mechanical cancel, dated 27/6/1939 to Luxembourg, rate valued there with Lux. N° 14 with Luxembourg/Ville cancellation, letter refused by the addressee for postage (on reverse side manuscript "Refusé pour la taxe le 28 6 1930" with post office employee's signature), on front side the oval red "Debourse" cancellation together with the "Retour" (in purple frame), on arrival in Brussels the letter was re-rate valued with N° 35, rare letter with double charge and with these cancellations, beautiful
