1812 Forerunner with contents from Paris (France), dated 3 February 1812 to Solre le Château, incorrectly handled in Enghien. The postal clerk used the departure stamp Herlant 15, "86 Enghien", and added the text "Deb : De - 7 fevrier 1812" in manuscript, charge "5 decimen"; this cancellation is described in the Herlant book on page 135, unique item, vf
