No 1069 B P.3 '7 Fr turquoise blue' plate no 2 phosphor (full sheet) (Plate no 2 is VERY RARE because the Post Office at the time bisected the sheets for further sale because the plate was broken, the half with the plate no would have been cancelled), stamp no 11 and 12 slightly damaged, on location 17 one can see a colour variety 'Washed coat' (which also occurs on white paper)
