1937 N° 103 “4fr. carmine pink” and N° 105 “10fr. lilac” from the “Indigenous Scenes” issue on an envelope for an international postal money order sent from Kigali on 22 January 1937 to Brussels; as the item was postage-free, only the airmail charge of “14fr.” was paid (rate: 3.50fr./5gr.) On the reverse, a transit mark “KAMPALA 25 AP 37” and an arrival cancellation “BRUXELLES 1A/8V 1937”; a very rare item, though slightly damaged, to be checked
