1944 “1fr.” postal stationery (Stibbe No. 73) sent by air from Basoko on 1 December 1944 to Brussels, with a Congolese censorship stamp and an airmail label; the postal stationery was written by a TSF employee in Basoko, bearing the text “FIRST AUTHORISED MAIL TO BELGIUM”, with an airmail surcharge of “6fr.” effective 27 November 1944, in very fine condition
