1863 pre-philatelic complete folded letter from SUEZ to Livorno, Italy, sent through the French Post Office and displaying a strike of the rare "SUEZ Bau FRANÇAIS" pearled c.d.s. on the front, framed Italian "PIROSCAFI POSTALI FRANCESI" postmark alongside as well as various transit and arrival c.d.s.' on the back, carried at the triple weight rate and eventually charged accordingly on arrival (after initially marked "10" for the single weight braket and then corrected), signed Gregory Todd, a rare cover, vf
