1851 pre-philatelic folded letter (complete) sent from Cairo to Marseille, France and bearing a bold strike of the "AGENZIA DELLA POSTA EUROPEA CAIRO" dated oval postmark in black on the front, then having been passed on to the French Post Office in Alexandria where it received a French c.d.s. and, eventually, the framed "PAQUEBOTS DE LA MÉDITERRANÉE" handstamp in red (all of these concentrated within a small space on the front of the cover), arrival c.d.s. on the back, signed Gregory Todd, a scarce "combination" cover, vf
