1939 N° 286, with mechanical cancel, dated 27/6/1939 to Luxembourg, rate valued there with Lux. N° 14 with Luxembourg/Ville cancel, letter refused by the addressee for the tax (on the reverse side, manuscript "Refusé pour la taxe le 28 6 1930" with post office employee's signature), on the front, the oval red "Debourse" cancel was applied together with the "Retour" (in purple frame), on arrival in Brussels the letter was re-rate valued with N° 35, rare letter with double taxation and with these cancellations, beautiful
