1853 Est N° 3, letter cover franked N° 7 and 8 (Total: "60c."), cancelled with E.II, dated 15 September 1853, to Hamilton (England), very nice departure stamp of Est N° 3 on the front together with manuscript of departure "Louvain", on the reverse ambulant stamp "Ambulant Ouest N°1", "PD" in box black, vf
