1861 N° 11 "20c. blue", twice on letter from Ghent, P.45 (14-bars), dated 26 October 1861, to Garlin (France), letter was forwarded from Garlin to Pau (departure stamp "Garlin 30 OCT. 61"), Belgian stamps were not valid and were annulled by the postal clerk with a cross and brought "30c." penalty charge (being "20c." charge + "10c." penalty charge), manuscript "trouve a la boîte", several postmarks present on the reverse, vf
