1867 N° 17 (2x), 18 and 20 "Tricolore", from Anvers, Pt. 12, dated 11 December 1867, to Namur, manuscript "22" (22gr.), triple charge inland beyond 30 km ("80c."), "PD" in frame black, which is rare on domestic mail, meaning of "PD" on domestic mail is that the franking (value) was done by the postman at the office and if it would not be sufficiently franked, the postman will have to pay extra, vf
