1900 EP Stibbe N° 17, request flap with in box griffs "BOMA CARTE INCOMPLÈTE", written in Abba on 27 November 1900 by Danish Lieutenant Viggo Neuhausen en route to the enclave of Lado which he reached a few days later, he only stayed 5 months in the enclave, the card is cancelled with "IBEMBO 2 JANV 1901", transits Leopoldville on 2 February and arrives in Copenhagen on 6 March 1901, vf
